  Farzad was absolutely amazing! Quick, effect, showed us before and after photos and he was super kind and respectful. The whole experience was amazing from booking to payment. Will 100% use them again. They did all our carpets and couches, I just wished my area rug or dog beds could have been done- apparently those have to go in or be taken for a fee so I will be doing those on my own- but in the grab scheme of things that is a non-issue. Thanks so much team and thanks Farzad!!!

  We had a hot water tank burst in our basement and woke up to a fully flooded basement. It was a very stressful situation, but the team from First General handled everything incredibly well. Eric, the manager, was excellent at coordinating the schedule and keeping communication clear the entire time. Robertson quickly removed all the water and handled the drying process efficiently. After that, the team removed the damaged drywall and contaminated items without delay. Guillermo and another team member later came to finish the cleanup and left everything looking great.   First General completed a lot of work after we experienced a flood that impacted both our up and downstairs. They were flexible to work with as we have tenants we have to consider as well. They managed the project from start to finish, completed restoration work, asbestos abatement and moved furniture and cleaned. Erik and his whole team were very communicative in explaining the work they were doing, the processes and the timelines. They showed my partner the containment and safety measures they took during the abatement process, and followed WorkSafe BC procedures. I would recommend them to anyone.
