User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Conduct your own due diligence before hiring any contractor
• Verify contractor licensing, insurance, and references independently
• Negotiate and enter contracts directly with contractors
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

Contractor Relationships

Any agreements, contracts, or transactions between you and a contractor are solely between you and that contractor. Kamloops Home Services is not a party to any such agreements and has no responsibility for:

• The quality, timing, or completion of any work
• Payment disputes between you and contractors
• Contractor warranties or guarantees
• Any damages arising from contractor services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamloops Contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any contractor services obtained through our directory.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep directory information accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information. Business details, reviews, and ratings may change without notice.
