  Had a problem with my furnace at the end of the year. They had someone out the next day and parts ordered fast. Now my furnace works great. The tech was great and really knew the job well. I am very happy with the service. I like the well organized communication. They sent me a text with the name and picture of the tech and told me when to expect them. I appreciate that a lot. I've also worked with them on the other end of the tools and found them great and professional.

  Very happy with IPH services. From the first call, to the friendly text message reminders and the wonderful technician, Colton. He was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He explained things with true transparency and provided information about the unit he was working on. He also provided additional information regarding the age of the unit and things to be aware of. Highly recommended IPH!!

  What an awesome experience! Having to call a plumber is stressful and I am so glad I chose to call IPH to ease the stress- from the second they answered the phone we received amazing customer service, they transferred me to plumbing- Ashley answered and was so friendly and welcoming, their call display gives them access to your info if youve been there before which made it so easy, they were able to fit us in to repair our drain pipe the same day, she explained the cost beforehand, she text us a picture of the plumber when he was on his way- the plumber Cory S, was informattive, friendly, helpful and thoughtful by replacing it with parts that would prevent the issue from happening again.
