We were planning to add a roof over an existing deck and wanted to ensure it looked like it was part of the original build vs. an "add-on". After obtaining 3 quotes we decided to go with HKR for a few reasons - Kelly (owner) was exceptional to work with throughout the whole process by suggesting build ideas, was very flexible on the scope of work, high transparency on pricing and able to meet our timeline. As with any renovation a couple challenges arose however they were efficiently resolved and did not impact price/timeline. The crew was very competent and friendly, putting in a few tough days in high temps to get it finished. Their relationship with our designer and roofing team was excel
